I am Sylvia Abergil, the founder of Evolving Expressions—a vision gifted to me in a dream fifteen years ago that ultimately became my life’s calling. My mission is to guide individuals as they transition from carrying the heavy burdens of the human experience into fully embodying the luminous essence of their souls. To support this deep transformation, I practice and teach a variety of sacred modalities, including Soul Alignment Coaching, Quantum Healing Hypnosis, and Reiki therapy. Expanding upon this foundation, I introduced a transformative new body of work: The Alchemy of Oneness – Rebirth the Elixir of Your Soul. Today, I host immersive workshops and retreats dedicated to those who are ready to remember and reclaim their sacred union with the One Source of All.
My Story
As a mother of three beautiful children, two girls and a boy, I’ve lived a rich and fulfilling life. Now I am blessed with two magical grandchildren that have brought another depth and dimension to my life at the perfect time as the world enters a pivotal period in history. I have traversed the deepest, darkest terrains and have been graced with many moments of tremendous joy. To be a grandmother and the matriarch of my family is a great honour. It is not, by any means, an easy feat.
As we journey through the spiraling rhythms of life—ascending, descending, and returning anew—each experience serves as a sacred mirror, revealing the extent to which our thoughts, choices, and being are aligned with the essence of our Soul. What I believe humanity has forgotten is that we are a soul having a human experience and when we arrived on Earth we came with nothing and we return with nothing. All that is available to us through this reality is experience based on our choices. Experiences that can elevate or diminish us. I believe in order to truly understand and embody unconditional love, we must come to appreciate the full arc of all emotions from fear to love, all conditions, belief systems, circumstance that will help us recognize the gift of both sides. This is why we live in a world of duality, where without polarity we would not understand the difference between, good/bad; right/wrong; dark/light, both are needed. It’s our conditioning and the perspective we hold that determines how we label situations, places, people, etc.
